At Sustainable Shelters, we bring decades of hands-on building experience and a deep respect for craftsmanship to every project we take on. My journey in construction began as a carpenter and evolved into managing large-scale developments—from commercial fit-outs and condo builds to custom homes and residential subdivisions. Over the years, I’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver quality spaces—from the ground up—with integrity, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.
This company was born out of a desire to do things differently: to build with purpose, lead with honesty, and stay grounded in the belief that good construction should serve both people and planet. While I still enjoy woodworking and furniture-making as a creative outlet, my professional focus is shifting from small remodels toward building accessory dwelling units (ADUs), laneway suites, and multi-unit renovations that address the changing needs of families, investors, and communities.
Whether it’s a small renovation or a larger project, I’m here to help bring your vision to life. I work with everyday people—homeowners, families, and investors—who want to improve the spaces they live in or the properties they rely on. My goal is to make the process clear, collaborative, and rewarding, no matter the size of the project.
